Glaiza de Castro preps up for her very first starring role in a Kapuso fantaserye.
It has a working title “Grazilda, the new Cinderella.”
In the said fantaserye, Glaiza is being paired with Geoff Eigenmann. Geoff, on the other hand, will get the chance to work with her aunt Cherry Gil, considered as one of the greatest actresses of the country, who will play the role of Viring.
New Kapuso star Gwen Agnese will play Cinderella while Benedict Campos is cast as Prince Charming. Dyanin Cruz is Anastasya, the returning Yasmien Kurdi will play Tonette, while Stef Prescott will play Jinggay.
Completing the cast are Dominic Rocco as Alejandro, Rio Locsin as Matilda and Joel Torre as Fernando.
It’s not yet confirmed, though, if Jolina Magdangal will play the role of Fairy Godmother.
Grazilda is being helmed by Dominic Zapata and will soon hit GMA’s primetime line-up.
