Headlined by the sexy and talented ensemble of Cristine Reyes, Zanjoe Marudo, Rafael Rosell, Rayver Cruz, JM De Guzman, and newcomers Bangs Garcia, Iya Villania, and Kristel Moreno, “Martha Cecilia’s Kristine: Ang Ikalawang Libro” is set to bring more surprising twists, explosive confrontations, and passionate scenes in the coming episodes.
Another thing to watch out for is the amazing chemistry between each of the show’s “love teams.” Prince of Passion Zanjoe is said to be proud of Bangs’ ability to easily gel with the cast, both old and new.
“Madali kami nagkakasundo kasi very approachable siyang tao. Madali siya nakapag-warm up sa akin, at sa buong grupo. Kumportable na kaagad siya sa cast,” he said.
Rafael, meanwhile, shared that it helped that he shares some qualities with new leading lady Iya. “Sobrang komportable kami. Inglisera siya, inglisero din ako. So may kaunting similarities sa culture. Sa Norway ako lumaki, siya naman sa Australia,” he explained.
JM admitted that he and Kristel weren’t that comfortable to kiss already in their first scene at first, but things are better now, especially when it comes to doing sensitive scenes. “Kinukuha lang namin sa pakiramdaman. Bago magsimula yung scene, nagkakapaan kami,” said the former child actor.
Fans of the Zantine pairing are also hoping to see their idols Zanjoe and Cristine together in a scene once more. This is not a far-fetched idea since Jewel (Cristine) is has finally returned to Villa Kristine after Margarita (Irma Adlawan) assured Lance (Rayver) that it would work to his favor.
They may be nearer each other now but obstacles still stand between former lovers Jewel and Bernard with Diana (Bangs) siring his child and Margarita feeding lies to Jewel about Bernard and Anna (Angel Jacob).
On the other hand, Scarlet (Iya) is making Marco (Rafael) confused with her ways. Will she accept Marco’s plea to make their relationship official? Also find out if Jasmin (Kristel), accepts the money from Magarita for her sister’s medication in exchange of her not seeing Nathaniel (JM) anymore.
